Our services are designed in consultation with each of our clients and/or their families to provide personalized care, tailor-made for each situation.
Homemaker Cleaning
Home Management Services
Individualized Home Supports (IHS)
1. Light house cleaning and laundry. The client will be responsible for providing necessary supplies.
2. Assist with meal preparation, including shopping for food. The client is responsible for buying food.
3. Assist with simple household repairs and tasks such as changing light bulbs, fuses, batteries, air filters.
4. Assess our client’s home for safety and make changes as needed.
5. Laundry service including, folding, ironing and putting away.
6. Pet and plant care.
7. Assistance with daily activities.
8. Assist with community participation and living activities.
9. Leisure, recreation and socialization planning.
10. Training, assistance, support and advocacy in all areas of our clients lives.

Companion Services
Transportation
Housing Services
We will provide compassionate, loving companionship, treating each client with dignity.
1. Be respectful, attentive listeners.
2. Engage in activities such as puzzles, board games and cards, etc.
3. Assist our clients in communicating with family members using zoom or other technology.
4. Assist our clients in entertaining friends and family in their homes.
5. Provide transportation as needed to social events, doctor’s appointments, shopping, etc.
6. Advocate for our clients, assisting them with applications for government programs as well as with communication with their caseworkers.
7. Alert the designated contact person(s) at the first sign of concern about our client’s situation.
8. Housing consultation services.
9. Help clients plan, find and move to housing in the community.
11. Assist clients to find, keep and sustain housing.
12. Assist with resources and get clients what they need for their housing.
Spirit Care Services is also a meal delivery service, providing nutritional tasty meals delivered to our client’s homes.
